Pricing and Currency

All prices listed are in IDR.

Customers ordering outside Indonesia may incur a slightly different final price due to the exchange rate provided by PayPal or their Credit Card provider. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be payable in local currency.

We reserve the right to alter listed IDR pricing at any time. However, this will not affect pricing applied to existing or pending processed orders.

BRAUS Fight IP

All materials on this site, including but not limited to images, illustrations, designs, site layout, photographs, written and other text or script, as well as any software compilations, underlying source code and software, are protected by copyright, trade mark, design right, and/or other worldwide intellectual property rights, and are owned, controlled and licensed to BRAUS Fight. 

 

You are permitted to use this website and its contents for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use only. However, any other use of this website or its contents, including copying, storing, reproducing, publishing, transmitting, publicly performing, distributing, displaying, modifying, adapting, bundling, altering, creating derivative works of the site, selling, or participating in any sale of, or exploiting in any way, any of the contents, the site, or any related software in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of BRAUS Fight. 

 

If you would like to use any material from this site for any other purpose, you must obtain express prior written permission from BRAUS Fight.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of BRAUS Fight used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of BRAUS Fight.

No warranties or liability

To the extent permitted by law, BRAUS Fight gives no warranties in relation to the website, in particular with limitation, any warranties regarding the accuracy of descriptions and illustrations of items in the website or in our catalogue or other IP infringement and freedom from viruses. We do our best to keep our site up to date but cannot guarantee that the site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, viruses or anything else that may have a harmful effect on your computer or any technology. BRAUS Fight will also do its best to allow you uninterrupted access to the site 24 hours per day; however, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access at any time.  By using the site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with any necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment that you use in connection with BRAUS Fight’s site.

To the extent permitted by law, BRAUS Fight will have no liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss (including loss of profit), cost or damage (whether indirect, consequential, or otherwise) suffered as a result of your use of the website or from use of information passed through the website, even if we are aware of the possibility of such loss. Additionally, we shall also not be liable to you for a breach of these terms and conditions or a failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

BRAUS Fight’s total liability for any claim, however arising, shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied by BRAUS Fight to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. We do not, however, exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Returns and Exchange Policy

This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all items purchased from BRAUS Fight. Nothing in this Returns and Exchange Policy affects your statutory rights.

All Returns or Exchanges must be returned in the same state they were dispatched within 28 days of receipt of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging (including tags and labels), in a resalable, undamaged condition and complete (if sold as a set): e.g. jacket and pants must be included.

If items are received compliant with our returns and exchange policy, refunds (if applicable) will be credited via the original form of payment.

BRAUS Fight will not exchange or accept returns of items showing signs of damage not the result of a manufacturing fault. Including, but not limited to, accidental, malicious and other wear-related damage, such as;

• Signs of misuse or inappropriate care/washing.
• Cut marks on stitching, seams or uppers or stains
• Material decomposition due to prolonged dampness / general wear.

BRAUS Fight reserves the right to refuse items returned after the 28 day grace period. We suggest all returns or exchanges are sent via recordable or trackable means as we take no responsibility for returns or exchanges lost in transit.

1. Order Acceptance and Contract

An email notification will be sent to the email address provided confirming receipt of the order.

In the unlikely event that we are out of the stock market, we will notify you as soon as possible to advise of the expected redelivery date.

The contract of sale of goods will be formed when an email confirmation confirming that purchased products have been dispatched is sent to the provided email address. The sale will be completed at that time.

1. Returning an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within the stated period without explanation.

If an order consists of multiple items, you may return any of the items individually or in combination, excluding products sold as a complete set.

1. Returning defective or non-conforming items  

Items may be returned or exchanged if they are defective, faulty or do not conform with the original order.

Items must be returned within the stated period and accompanied by a description of the defect. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed or exchanged (if desired).

1. Exchanges

BRAUS Fight is pleased to exchange any product returned within the stated period. Exchanges are subject to availability.

1. Cancelling an order

Orders may be canceled without penalty, provided products have not been dispatched. Please check your order status on your Account page and contact customer service to arrange the cancellation.

6. Cost of Return / Exchange

Within Indonesia: For Customers seeking to return products, the Customer is responsible for the shipping cost payable.

For the exchange of products where the total original order value exceeds IDR 1,500,000, the customer is responsible for payment of returning the item to Braus Fight and Braus Fight is responsible for the cost of resending the new item of exchange.

Where the original order value is less than IDR 1,500,000, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the exchange; returning the item to Braus Fight and the shipping cost for resending the new item of exchange.

Products purchased during a sale or campaign are ineligible for return. Exchanges made on sale or campaign products can be made subject to availability. With all exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer: the cost of returning the item to Braus Fight and the cost of resending the new item of exchange.

The shipping cost of returning products that meet the faulty returns policy requirements will be at the cost of Braus Fight.

International Orders 

Please note that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between BRAUS Fight and a customer in any jurisdiction whereby products purchased could be against any local, regional or national laws. BRAUS Fight holds no responsibility for any purchases made holding such potential legal ramifications.

Personal billing information, account information, credit card details and any other banking or billing information is processed through the Paypal website. BRAUS Fight never views or stores any of this information.
